Since arriving in Thailand a few days ago, I’ve fallen hopelessly in love with the culture and its wonderful people. I do love my home back in America, but I now know more than ever how much love can be found if we allow it. Accepting love is not as easy as it sounds and one that until recently I did not understand. This trip has helped me understand. It been a growing process, particularly these past few years, and I am much more prepared I feel to give and receive love.

My travels have just begun once again, and I look forward with open arms to the experiences and especially the people.

The adventure begins again 🙂

I’m beginning to understand why I became the person I am. It was out of necessity of my situation and out of the love I have for my two Sons. I now understand that at a higher level and as I travel the world i see it more of a universal feeling. THe Thai people to me are such a warm and wonderful people who seem to me to have figured out the true meaning of a happy existence. I know there is struggle here as in any other culture, but to me they seem to be handling these struggles much better than the Western world. For now I will just enjoy the people and give my friendship and warmth. I do have a deep desire to help not only the ones I love, but all the people who grace me with their presence throughout the day. Even in a very small way like bringing a smile. It’s wonderful to see the smile upon the faces that surround us. Something very human about this experience
